The term Halma refers to a famous Victorian game that was similar to Chinese Checkers except played on a square board. Many early versions of this game had pawns similar in shape to these – thus Halma Pawns.
This set contains 4 red pawns, 4 white pawns, 4 blue pawns, 4 yellow pawns, 4 black pawns, and 4 green pawns (24 total pawns). Each pawn measures roughly 1 inch tall (25 mm). These are made of plastic and are hollow inside.
